The opportunities and challenges of AI and its disruptive power were explained and the need to accelerate, professionalize and synchronize leadership across all departments, even in small and medium-sized companies, was emphasized. 
The ToChange management system, the New Work Frame, was used as an example to demonstrate how an AI-supported internal company platform can be used to ensure that all managers and employees have direct access to strategically relevant information at all times and can therefore jointly develop their processes, structures and systems in line with the strategy. The use of leadership-supporting tools and the development of strategy-oriented behavior is thus no longer left exclusively to the talent and willingness of the respective manager. Instead, leadership “on demand” can in principle be practiced by anyone, simultaneously and at the same high professional level.

In an era in which the digital transformation is taking place faster than ever before, companies need to redefine their leadership culture, perhaps even digitize leadership itself! 
In his lecture on corporate leadership, Thomas Huber presented how modern technologies such as digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) and are not just buzzwords, but will be concrete tools for the future of leadership.
The presentation, which was aimed at managing directors and managers, highlighted the fundamental role of leadership in a digitalized world: it is about ensuring that all employees consistently align their behaviour with the corporate strategy. For example, the need for managers to adopt a 360-degree perspective and adapt to the new demands that come from everyone and everywhere - quickly, at all times and in a coordinated manner.
