... with the approach for the many who really want
... with faith in the growth in us human beings - all human beings
... with the joy of diversity and the mistrust of simplicity
... with joy at „wrestling“ and celebrating together
... with courage and respect
I'm known for being sharp in the analysis of systems and patterns and quite clearly in addressing them... Sometimes this is a tightrope walk between hard confrontation, which it (also) sometimes needs, and honest invitation, encouragement and inspiration. But what always drives me is to want the best for the whole. My attitude is one of unconditional appreciation for people!
Recently, a participant drew the following comparison: "You are like Tine Wittler: First you clean out EVERYTHING and then you reorganise everything what is needed back in properly."
And somehow she is right :-)
I had a hard time making up my mind: The "big picture" - or the psyche of the individual? - Both were of equal interest to me from an early age. I then began with sociology. After completing my doctorate in sociology and pedagogy at the University of Regensburg, in addition to my work as a coach and trainer, I devoted myself to my second passion: Transactional Analysis - a psychological discipline with a very positive view of people and the idea of an appreciative client relationship at eye level - was my second "inner home" for my profession.
The curiosity for many things and a deep belief in the good development ability of all people drives me to this day. And as active and creative as my professional field has continued to develop in recent years, I never get bored in my profession :-)
Methodically, it is important to me not to dogmatically pursue the "one right approach", but to always look for the ideal approach or intervention that suits the person / team / company I work with from the wonderful diversity that is now available here.
pragmatic
My career path as a mechanical engineer and a mountain and ski guide have shaped me as a consultant. The engineer loves the pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to topics and the mountain guide has the inner certainty that we will reach our goal step by step.
intercultural
Cultural diversity inspires me. I have lived in England and the USA for many years and have carried out leadership development for international corporations worldwide.
humorous
My work with you is characterized by appreciation and lightness. You can laugh with me, even if the topics are challenging. I am convinced that lightness and humour are helpful companions on the way to good solutions.
